FlowFit January 28 Day Challenge

 

Welcome friends! Here is your gateway to a fresh start and a habit reset! Each day you will find your class of the day through the buttons below, and your challenge of the day. Small changes add up to big ones, and our method is all about working toward your goals while maintaining a balance in your life that feels sustainable.

 The Challenge Details:

Classes: Classes will range from HIIT and strengthening, to yoga and meditation. The idea is that you get to try a plethora of options and get out of your normal routine. Make note of what feels great in body and mind, and leave behind what doesn’t! For classes it will be useful to have on hand: a yoga mat, hand weights, a yoga block and a pillow or bolster.

The Daily Challenges: Will range from drinking water, journalling, breath work, creating a personal mantra and much more! Have on hand a journal or notebook, a BIG water bottle and get ready to feel AMAZING!
