Our studio rests at a comfortable 76 degrees for maximum comfort and effectiveness. Know that your sweat is coming from hard work and your own breath rather than externally added humidity. Our experienced and passionate team will make you feel comfortable and excited for your practice or fitness journey! *The minimum age to attend with a parent is 14 (unless an exception has been pre-approved by staff) and 16 unaccompanied. All students under 18 must have a parent sign their liability waiver before taking class. *
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is our 60-minute Vinyasa-based class designed to challenge your body, expand your movement practice, and deepen your connection between breath and movement. Each class takes you on an intentional journey through creative sequences, often exploring a specific posture, transition, or family of movements in greater depth.
At FlowFit, Power Yoga is about more than simply moving through poses—it’s about understanding how your body works and learning how to engage, activate, and move with greater awareness. Our instructors focus on alignment, functional strength, and body mechanics to help you build confidence while unlocking your body’s full potential.
Expect a dynamic, energizing practice that challenges both the body and mind while encouraging curiosity, exploration, and growth. Whether you're working toward a new pose, refining your practice, or simply looking for a powerful way to move, FlowFit’s Power Yoga offers an experience that goes beyond a traditional Vinyasa class.
Barre Sculpt Fusion
Barre Sculpt Fusion is a low-impact strength class that blends the best elements of barre, Pilates, and functional strength training into one energizing workout. Using light weights, resistance bands, small props, and intentional movement patterns, you'll challenge your muscles through high-repetition, low-impact exercises designed to improve strength, stability, posture, and endurance.
Expect controlled, compound movements that emphasize muscle activation, balance, and core engagement while keeping stress on the joints to a minimum. This class will leave your muscles shaking in all the best ways while helping you build strength that supports everyday movement.
Whether you're looking for a lower-impact alternative to Yoga Sculpt, love the precision of Pilates, or enjoy the burn of a barre workout, Barre Fusion delivers a fun, effective practice that will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and ready for more.
Flowbility
Flowbility blends the best of yoga flow with functional mobility training to help you move with greater strength, freedom, and control. Through breath-led movement, active range of motion exercises, and intentional holds, you'll improve mobility, stability, and body awareness while exploring movement in a way that feels both challenging and accessible.
Expect a gentle warm-up, flowing standing sequences, dynamic mobility work, and a grounding stretch to finish. Unlike a traditional Power Yoga class, there are no chaturangas, allowing you to focus on quality movement, joint health, and building resilience through every range of motion.
While every Flowbility class is rooted in these foundational principles, each instructor brings their own unique style and perspective to the practice. Influenced by their individual experiences, movement backgrounds, and teaching philosophy, every class offers a fresh opportunity to explore your body in new ways while staying true to the heart of Flowbility.
Whether you're new to yoga, looking to move better in everyday life, or hoping to complement your strength training or athletic pursuits, Flowbility offers a balanced practice that leaves you feeling stronger, more mobile, and deeply connected to your body.
Strength and Mobility
Strength & Mobility is our high-energy strength training class that combines functional strength work, mobility, and interval training to help you build power, improve movement quality, and become stronger in every aspect of your practice. Each class begins with intentional mobility and activation work designed to properly prepare your body for the strength-focused workout ahead.
Through a workshop-style approach, our instructors will teach you how to effectively warm up, engage your muscles, and perform strength exercises with proper form and purpose. From there, expect challenging strength intervals that elevate your heart rate, build power, and push your body through dynamic, functional movements.
Unlike Yoga Sculpt, which focuses on continuous movement and muscular endurance, Strength & Mobility uses a HIIT-inspired format with periods of intense effort and recovery to train strength, power, and fast-twitch muscle fibers, often focusing on one muscle group or family per class. You’ll sweat, work hard, and leave feeling accomplished—while gaining a deeper understanding of how your body moves.
This class is the perfect complement to your yoga practice, fitness routine, or other FlowFit formats, helping you build the strength and mobility needed to move through life with confidence.
Yoga Sculpt
A community favorite, Yoga Sculpt combines the mindful movement of Vinyasa yoga with strength training to create a full-body workout that builds endurance, stability, and confidence. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll challenge your muscles while staying connected to your breath through continuous, intentional movement.
Expect an energizing flow that elevates your heart rate, develops muscular endurance, and targets the often-overlooked slow-twitch muscle fibers that support balance, posture, and long-lasting strength. Every sequence is designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered, and accomplished without sacrificing the mobility and mindfulness that make yoga so transformative.
Whether you're looking to build strength, complement your fitness routine, or simply enjoy a dynamic practice that keeps you moving, Yoga Sculpt offers the perfect balance of challenge, movement, and fun.
Core Express
Core Express is a focused, efficient class designed to strengthen and activate the muscles that make up your core—the foundation for nearly every movement your body performs. More than just an abdominal workout, this class explores the many ways your core supports stability, balance, posture, and overall strength.
Through a variety of exercises and movement patterns, you’ll learn how to properly engage your core while challenging your strength, endurance, and control. Our instructors will guide you through intentional movements that target the deep and superficial muscles of the midline, helping you build a stronger connection to your body.
Expect an energizing practice that delivers an incredible burn while leaving you with a deeper understanding of how to effectively use your core in yoga, fitness, and everyday life. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve stability, or complement your other FlowFit classes, Core Express is the perfect way to add focused core training into your routine.
Restore: Mobility
Mobility is one of the most important—and often overlooked—aspects of movement. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance, someone working to move with less restriction, or simply hoping to feel strong and capable for years to come, mobility is essential for a healthy, resilient body.
This 60-minute class focuses on active flexibility, joint health, and functional movement through a combination of fluid mobility sequences, muscle activation, and intentional strength-building exercises. Rather than simply stretching, you’ll learn how to create control and stability through your available range of motion while improving your body’s connection to the nervous system.
Expect a playful and exploratory practice that helps you move with more freedom, reduce stiffness, and better understand how your body is designed to move. Mobility is for every body—and it’s the foundation for everything else we do at FlowFit.
Restore: Fascia Release and Flexibility
We could all use a little more self-care in our lives. Fascia Release is a 60-minute practice designed to help you release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance through gentle, intentional self-massage techniques.
Using props such as massage balls, straps, and other tools, you’ll work through areas of muscular tension while creating more hydration, elasticity, and resilience within your fascial network. This practice encourages better movement patterns, increased body awareness, and a deeper connection to the tissues that support your entire body.
Think of Fascia Release as 60 minutes of guided self-massage combined with mindful movement—a chance to slow down, release what you’re holding onto, and leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored.
Restore: Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and create space through longer, supported holds. Using props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, you’ll settle into postures that allow the body to soften and release while gently working into the muscles and connective tissues.
FlowFit’s approach to Yin Yoga honors the traditional practice while creating an accessible and supportive experience for every body. Through intentional holds and mindful breathing, you’ll explore postures that encourage greater openness, relaxation, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Expect a deeply restorative practice focused on flexibility, mobility, and mindful presence. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to more active FlowFit formats, offering a chance to slow down, release tension, and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and restored.
