Alex is a 200 hr E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) and Continuing Education provider. She has been practicing and teaching a wide variety of yogic disciplines for 9 years, as well as barre, boxing, group fitness, and meditation. Alex has brought together all her training to create an optimal yoga and fitness experience for you. You will dive deeply into alignment, and learn how to utilize your muscles in the most effective way. “My goal is to help you build strength of body and mind beyond what you thought possible. There is nothing that thrills me more than watching someone accomplish something they never thought they would be able to do”. When she isn’t teaching a yoga or doing a handstand you can find her at home with her chickens, two cats and pup, rock climbing, hiking, or traveling with her loving husband.
Jess Meuwissen
If you had asked Jess a few years ago if she would ever be a fitness instructor, she would have laughed at you and said “Absolutely NOT!” However, there are a lot of things Jess does these days that she thought she never would do. Growing up she was never athletic but in 2014 she decided to make a change. She did an overhaul on her eating habits and started working out regularly. She started losing weight, building stamina and got addicted to the results she was seeing! Jess lost over 50lbs eating right and pushing herself to new goals!
After a year of training Jess became a coach at TITLE Boxing Club, she loves to come up with creative ways to challenge individuals and help them achieve what they never thought possible. She recently became sculpt certified and plans to incorporate all her evil tricks into her HIIT and Sculpt classes here at FlowFit. As a music teacher you will find Jess singing and dancing distracting you from the burn!
Jenni Dunning
Jenni found her way to yoga on a proposition of, “You should try it, you’ll like it!” After her first class, she was hooked! No more back and hip pain, a calm and quiet mind... What wasn’t there to love about yoga?!
Flashing forward, two years ago she finished her 200 hour training in Tulum, Mexico in the Aligned Flow Method. She was taught to not just teach a class but create a yoga experience. We are thrilled to have her officially join the FlowFit team! You can find Jenni on the schedule teaching Yin Yoga and Strength & Mobility as well as subbing most of the other formats we have on a regular basis.
Maria Rangel
María was an educator by profession, but found a path that led her to yoga, massage therapy and healthier living. Her passion for yoga started in 2010 when she took her first heated vinyasa class. She was drawn to the flowing rhythm of poses, as well as the mental clarity she got after a good Hot class. She felt most centered at the studio, thus decided to take teacher training. Maria became certified in Power Yoga & continued to add to her knowledge with more training. She’s currently certified to teach 11 yoga & fitness formats. She has been able to incorporate yoga into all aspects of her life and is happier and more balanced because of it. She's excited to share this gift with others at FlowFit!
Maria’s philosophy as an instructor is all about helping students discover the profound connection between body, mind & spirit. “I began my personal yoga practice for the physical benefits, but ended up finding so much more. I hope that as an instructor I can help others make the same discovery.”
Andrea Grabanski
Andrea began teaching fitness in 2005 and is excited to help you build strength and focus in your classes. As a complement to her active style, she began studying and practicing yoga 25 years ago. Andrea completed her 200HR Power Yoga training in 2009 and an additional 100 hours focused on Yoga Sculpt in 2011. In 2013, Andrea received her barre certification. She is grateful for the opportunity to help guide others in making discoveries on their personal fitness and yoga journey. It’s important for her to have creative sequencing and great playlists! Andrea will make you feel comfortable, make you laugh, and you’ll have so much fun you won’t even realize how hard you are working until you feel that sweet sweet afterburn!

Laura Craig
Laura has been teaching yoga since 2019 after earning her 200hr YTTC in Koh Phangan, Thailand. She started her own yoga journey, almost two decades ago, after her sister invited her to a class at a local gym. "I was in so much pain in child's pose just waiting for the teacher to let us move and he just kept talking! I wasn't sure it was for me, but something about it had me coming back over and over again..." Laura attributes the beginning of her spiritual journey to when she began falling in love with vinyasa flow. "I would have tears in my eyes when I felt my energy flow through my body, I had never felt so magical before!" She knew she would be a yoga teacher one day, creating a space for others to fall in love with themselves as well.
In Power Yoga, Laura loves to inspire your connection to your body using the breath and creative cueing to keep you in the present moment. She creates unique flows that build strength with grace, while also feeling grounded and capable. In her Yin class she cultivates a space of serenity, safety and calm for you to let go completely and find restoration and balance of the mind, body and soul. She is also a reiki practitioner, feminine embodiment coach and sound bath facilitator.
Come check out her class and say hi! She can't wait to meet you!
Stephanie Kimble
Stephanie Kimble is a 500-hour trained yoga instructor and holds additional training in prenatal, kids, and yin yoga styles. She has been instructing yoga since 2013 and has practiced since 2003. Her love of yoga started from a need to create a sense of playfulness that movement and breath inspire when practiced together. Stephanie has benefited from the support that meditative practice has on the nervous system and so has taken several trauma-informed trainings to continue to support her teaching. As someone who experiences hyper-mobility, Stephanie understands that the interaction between flexibility and strength lends to a potential for long-term stability. Building her personal strength practice, she began leading barre classes in 2016. Her unending energy brings practitioners together to help support their individual needs and expand their opportunities to build joy into their day.
