FlowFit March Accountability Challenge

Welcome to the FlowFit March accountability challenge and thank you for putting your health and movement first! Our goal this month is to take 25 classes in 31 days to build good habits and step out of our comfort zones. I encourage you to try new things and be open to what you feel. It is always a good idea to dedicate some journal space and record what you feel each day. Read below the details of tracking your classes and entering the drawing at the end of the month for FlowFit gear and yoga swag! You’ll also find a link for our accountability group on facebook (same as the member group if you are already a FlowFit member) where we will discuss successes, difficulties and support one another.

Taking Classes
Our entire library of virtual classes is open to you to achieve your goals. We have formats that range from meditation and restore, to power yoga and vinyasa, as well as HIIT and strengthening. Class lengths vary from 10-75 minutes so you can always fit your movement in even on the busy days! Follow the button below to check out our library.
Below you will find a downloadable PDF to track the classes you take each day. Each class you take, record the length of class and class title. For each class you will get one entry into the drawing, if you get to 25 or more your drawing entries are doubled.
Tracking your Progress
In addition to drawing entries for classes, you can earn entries by posting on social media. The beautiful thing about this challenge is you can take any classes you want! Whether you take restorative everyday or yoga sculpt, choose a pose or transition you are working on and take a photo or video of yourself working on it at the beginning of the month. Each time you post a follow up or progress pic and tag FlowFit on social media, you’ll receive another entry into the drawing. Find our facebook and instagram pages below and be sure to follow us!
Share the Love
We know word of mouth is the most powerful way to share FlowFit with your friends. Write a review, tag us on social media, or get a friend to start a trial (or this challenge) with us and earn another drawing entry. There is no limit on how many times you can enter this way so spread that love around!
All you need to do is download the class tracker, follow us on social media and join our accountability group. We’ll keep track of points you get for posting or encouraging your friends to join (make sure they let us know you referred them!) At the end of the month you’ll simply send us your filled out class sheet and we’ll get your entries into a drawing for all the FlowFit goodies! *NOTE: In the March Week 1 new content page you’ll find a baseline class we did at the beginning of the January challenge. This is a great first class to take and get a feel for where you are, so you can compare at the end of the month.
Although prizes and drawing are exciting, we know this challenge is really about how you’ll feel when you work toward your goals. We recommend you right down some additional goals and a plan for how you are going to achieve those goals throughout the month.
